We added new member Jenny with her qq.com email under eastwoodtm.toastmastersclubs.org Membership Management - Members on 20 March.
On 23 March, Jenny opened the email. Her email (attached) has no link to approve or decline.
Please help to get her added.

Could this be her mail service removing links?  
Please ask her to whitelist / add @toastmastersclubs.org as a safe sender. See documentation here:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email, and then try sending again.  
Do the other addresses awaiting opt in on your membership list behave the same way?

Hi,

I asked her to check safe sender.

I also asked her to send a Contact Us form and mark the Checkbox to be included in future emails to see if it adds her to Prospects.
I received the normal email when someone contacts us, but it didn't add her email address to membership Management - Prospects.
Can you check why it didn't add her to Prospects?

No other addresses have reported issues on opt in.

The system doesn't allow duplicate email addresses - you'll have to delete the "pending / strike-out" version first, then get her to use the contact form.

If Jenny still isn't getting links after making us a safe sender, she will have to contact her email provider.

I have QQ Mail and poked at it a bit. Same behavior as described; no links even with our server in the whitelist. The email behaves like the client is set for plain text but it's not.

The links are actually in the body of the email, they're just not being displayed. I viewed the source and copied the 'AGREE' link, dropped it in a browser and successfully opted-in. Once I did that I received my club's welcome email containing hyperlinks. 

If she prefers to use QQ Mail she can try this crude work-around.

Upper right hand corner of QQ Mail window click 'More Options' then 'Original Format'.

The mail header will open in a new tab. Look for the following and copy the 'AGREE' hyperlink.
If you AGREE to allow your contact information to be stored & used as described, click the following:
<copy this entire address>

Then paste that address into a new browser window.

This is what happened with the new email address:
"I am pretty sure my NZ email address has whitelisted @toastmastersclubs.org.
And this time, I can see the links for AGREE or DECLINE.
However, when I click the AGREE link, no further website is displayed. I tried a couple of times and failed to open it."

Can users on holiday in China access FTH and the agree link?

If she is getting the link, access isn't be blocked 
Sending emails might be an issue depending on the IP address
I only see the QQ email address for Jenny.  Is that what is meant by her NZ address?  Has she tried rhtaylor3 's workaround?

No, she had a different .nz address. I removed and added back with qq email so she could try rhtaylor3's workaround.

She was getting another strange error message. We found a workaround to get her added. Hopefully she can login and all ok.
