Dear Sir,
I am Satoru Yamasaki, FTH Adminstrator of Yokosuka Mikasa TMC.
From VPE of Yokosuka Mikasa TMC (Club number 1727), the mail sent to the members through FTH mailing list at 24:37 of March 30th (Japan time) midnight.
However, the specific e-mail address, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., could not receive the regarding mail (VPE's mail). The VPE's mail might not reach this specif e-mail address.
Looking forward to your urgent research the causes of this problem and your response as soon as possible,

I see an email from Izumi at about that time which has been delivered to the service provider for that address  "stat = Sent"  (time is UTC)

Thanks for your prompt reply.
However, Izumi's mail was sent to all members through FTH server except only Yoshiko Furukawa (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
Only Yoshiko Furukawa could not receive this VPE mail. 
I would like to know the reason why only Yoshiko could not receive this mail even though the other members could receive this mail.

The email was processed by FreeToastHost and delivered to Yoshiko's mail service.  Has Yoshiko checked her junk mail folder?  If not, she'll have to check with her email provider.  She should also make sure to whitelist @toastmastersclubs.org as described here:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email

Dear Pam,
Thanks so much for your suggestions.
Thanks to your suggestions, Yoshiko checked her every folders including junk and spam folders, however she assured there ws not mails from FTH.
Again, we tested as follows.
(1) I sent "Test mail" to the 1727 Officers through Officers mailing list at 22:20 of March 31st (Japan time).
(2) I sent "Test mail" to the 1727 Members through Members mailing list at 22:24 of March 31st (Japantime).
(3) Yoshiko's mail ID was 'This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.'. She could not receive the above two "Test mail"s
As the results of the above testing, still, problem was not solved yet.
Could you provide another possible solutions?
