Hello,

I am a member of  CRANBROOK FIRST TOASTMASTERS #3532  trying to login to the members area of the website for the first time. I have clicked on the link to agree to allow my contact information to be stored & used and already received a confirmation. 
However when I try to login I am required to select my name from a drop down list which is not available to me. Our website admin informed me that on her end my name is crossed off and that she is unable to add it as a member.
Could someone help me sort of this issue?

Your name DOES appear on the club's Members list, but it is indeed "crossed off" because you must first opt in to allow the FreeToastHost system to communicate with you. Here's the problem--although a telephone number for you ending in 1856 is in there, there is no e-mail address! Thus, e-mal allowing you to opt in can not be sent, and all need to opt in before the FreeToastHost system can communicate with them, regardless of on which list, Members or otherwise, they have been entered.
I would suggest contacting system administrator Kathleen Simon or VPM Becky Deacon, as they have access rights to enter in the Members table for you a working e-mail address.

Your details have been added twice - initially to the Prospects list which was confirmed on ~30 April, then again to the Members list in May.  The system won't accept duplicate entries, hence the email would have been removed from the later entry when it was saved..
Kathleen or Becky can move your Prospect (confirmed) record to the Members list using the Membership Tools (see documentation here:   support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/m...nel#membership-tools)

The struck out record can be deleted or it will be auto-removed after 28 days
