Dear Support Team
I have served as President of the Toasters R Us Club for three terms. This past experience made me contact the Toastmaster Technical Support Team immediately! We had a hard time finding a secretary to take care of the weekly and monthly meeting minutes and track results. But after studying our website for a while, I found a few suggestions that could make their job easier and more efficient.
1) Add a time column to the weekly agenda
2) Add space for winners and points
3) Add space for additional notes.
The end result is that everyone can participate in completing weekly meeting minutes and everyone benefits.

1) Times are on the agenda.
2) You can add lines to your agenda and put what ever you want in them. A lot of clubs don't have winners and losers, they evaluate to motivate.
3) there is already a space for notes on the online agenda. You can choose to print those notes.
