Click on the Forgot your Password link at the bottom of the Sign in screen.

In the next screen:

If you are a member, enter your email address (the one you are registered with on the site).
If you are the club admin, enter the club number.

Click on "Send reset link", and you'll be emailed a link for resetting your password.
