Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

FTH Emails Not Going Through

1 day 1 hour ago
#105439
Good morning. I'm VPPR for two corporate clubs, Stagecoach Speakers Uptown #2908799 and Stagecoach Speakers Ballantyne #7022039. When I send my newsletter to members, I have always used the email addresses set up in FTH for members, former members, and guests. This allows me to get the newsletter to members who use their personal email because the company blocks emailing personal addresses directly. After the switch to FTH4 it is now not working for one club but it is for the other.

For Ballantyne the newsletter is going through the FTH addresses and arriving back in our inboxes immediately like it always has. When I do the same for Uptown, nothing comes back. I did a side-by-side comparison of both FTH sites to see if a setting is different in Uptown but didn't see anything. I set up both club sites originally and they should be duplicates but for some reason the Uptown emails aren't working. However, the "contact us" email for Uptown works and delivers to the VPM, Pres, and me. I did but the company domain on the white list just in case but it still isn't working.

What am I missing?
