Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Your VPE or website admin should select "this is a speech" for all speeches - that allows the speaker to add introductions and access the resources. Ths will give your club will have a detailed record of member speeches

Please make sure you familiarize yourself with our online documentation . We are certainly here to assist you if you get stuck, but we do expect you to make a good faith effort to learn as much as you can from our online documentation and reviewing posts in these support forums. If anything there is not clear, please do not hesitate to let us know so that we can clarify it and make any appropriate improvements to our online docs.
