Are you getting value from the emailed agenda enhancements?

I have to say "I'm not sure" about this feature with our club. As our web admin more often I've seen our folks go to the online agenda page and sign up for vacant roles there - even after receiving the emails where they can opt to use those features. The email functionality is good though - I've used it on occasion. Maybe it just needs more visibility to become better (albeit "more") utilized by our members. While I'm here, KUDOS to Steve an all the web admins out there who support FreeToastHost and this forum. I still think web admins should be counted as the "9th Club Officer" position.

Hi Steve, Yes, we use the feature where a member can sign up for their own roles. Thanks for keeping your product up to date and user-friendly.

Hi Steve, Thanks for enabling that feature. I myself love it and use it every time or VPE sends out the agenda.
It makes it so easy to get a quick count of those who will be in attendance, just based on the emails received.
My club has become very proficient in using the feature as well!

I have now added the buttons for viewing the Pathways Resource PDFs into the emailed agendas.

I have now "baked in" the emailed agenda enhancements that were enabled by the "Include Response Links" option in the email agenda dialog. I have also removed that option as it is now essentially enabled all the time.

I could put it back the way it was, but I want to see how people react to this being the "norm" for emailed agendas. (My preference would be to just use the enhancements all the time.)
