Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Below is an example of the type of editing I am trying to do throughout the agenda. The last line below says that the person is to hand over control to the GE. Number one, handover should be two words and I want to indicate the control should be turned back to the Toastmaster rather than the GE.

You should just be able to click the pencil icon to the right of the role in the agenda editor.

Gorilla Toastmasters 590978. Yes, I have tried clicking on the pencil icon NUMEROUS TIMES but it does not work.

Remember dated agendas roles are defined in the agenda template. Once a dated agenda is created you need to delete the roles and re-add it to change it.
