Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Parentheses in Venue section of agenda

Hi there,
I've been trying to eliminate the parentheses that appear automatically in the venue section of the online agenda. See attachment for details.

I've added in my Zoom URL, a description that contains the password for members. But then there are these two brackets, followed by the camera icon. I believe that this would have a link to an actual location, but with Zoom, there is no physical location.

Can I have the parentheses deleted?

The empty parenthesis are for the venue address. The presence of a meeting venue picture makes the page configuration think it should be showing an address so you get the empty ().

Brian, refining the original request; would it be feasible to add a checkbox (or something) indicating a meeting venue is online only allowing a venue picture to be included without the stray ()?

Not really necessary but clubs who use a picture for an online venue (that additional tidbit of agenda interaction) can do so without the stray () related to a venue address.
