Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

I have a club member who had their email addresses mixed up. We changed the order and sent a test message but I got an undeliverable message saying it skipped because it has previously bounced too many times. Can someone please help me reset this email address. Thanks!

Club number is ALWAYS required.
At least the first name of the person you are having an issue with

The club number is 9303 and the member's number is 00729060.

You didn't provide the members first name.
Member number has nothing to do for us as we are not Toastmasters International and have no access to any they control.
