Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

We have been Hacked and are receiving black mail emails

Since April our members have been receiving ransom emails. from someone/ group who appeared to have hacked the server.

None of us kept the email thus no information is available.

However, none us want to use the Website until assure it is clean.

Looking for advice on what to do and next steps.

1) We will always require your club number.
2) Which members?
3) Do you have the email headers so we can see the real source of the emails?
4) Subjects? From email address?

Without the full information there is nothing we can do to even begin to research.

If you didn't 'Delete Forever', headers can be viewed in deleted emails that still reside in gmail's trash.

Unfortunately, this happened in early April and all of us deleted "forever"

So a thought - how can we easily change our user name - we have moved to a much longer password from the standard.

Or is it not worth changing our admin user name?
