Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

After saving, click on the "Agenda Items" tab

attached is a snapshot of the agenda template. I cannot locate anything called "agenda item" tab. please send a snapshot.

Is it possible for you to save the template to Sept 4th?

Your snapshot shows 'Meeting Agenda Settings' which is the console to create new agendas or edit an existing agenda. This one does not have the 'Agenda Items' tab.

The 'Creating New Agenda' doc Pam posted is the pertinent one. However, it doesn't tell the reader where to go before clicking the + icon as it appears in more than one location.

To create a new meeting event with a specific agenda, go to the Meeting Agendas menu item.
Members Only > Meeting Agendas
  1. Click the + button
  2. Here you will find 'Create from Template' with a drop-down 'Select an agenda template..."
  3. Select ss and complete the other items to create a new meeting event for Sept 4th.
  4. Note; the Agenda Items tab is blank until you Save.
  5. Save. When you click save here, an attendance tab will also appear.
  6. Delete the blank Sept 4th template.
