Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Thank you for testing, Brian. I saw your email come through. I would greatly appreciate it if you can shed some light on the following:
1. What would make a member's email return if they send the email from a registered email address to members-5456@toastmastersclubs.org?
2. A few members faced issues between December 15 and December 17. Was the server down at the time?
3. Which address is more appropriate to send emails to members-5456@toastmastersclubs.org or 5456.toastmastersclubs.org?

Don't have a reason, just have them resend the emails if they still need to.
