Admin Getting Duplicate emails

admin-654714@toastmastersclubs.org  and  deep87mondal@gmail.com are the same email address!

admin-654714@toastmastersclubs.org forwards to deep87mondal@gmail.com the site admin!

 deep87mondal@gmail.com is not admin, derrickho328@gmail.com is admin.

Sorry my mistake was looking at this way too late last night.

We made some configuration changes please try sending the same email again.

I tried sending one emailing to President-654714@toastmastersclubs.org, VPE-654714@toastmastersclubs.org & admin-654714@toastmastersclubs.org

I ended up with three emails. One of them I expected since I am admin. But I should not have gotten the other two. The number looks consistent with the number of alias emails used.

What tool are you using? Sending from an external mailer or using basic email function?
What email are you sending from and about what time?
What is the subject?
 

I am using Gmail.
Subject is “Prodip, Have you tried Pathways yet?”

When I check how many sent from cbc.toastmasters@gmail.com I only see one.

But when I check the admin email I received 3. It looks like admin is getting a copy of the email sent to other the other officer email aliases.
