Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

You are getting that because you have not cleared your browser cache with the browser closed.

Would you please send the instructions again. Also I don't know what you mean by clearing the cache with the browser closed. Doesn't it have to be open to get to the area to clean it?

Clearing your cache is different for different browsers. Look at this document. support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/clearing-browser-cache

Once you have done that, close your browser, and reopen it.

Hi Roger,

I've followed the instructions about clearing my cache but I still get the attached screen when I try to enter the Membership site. Since this seems to have a simple solution can you or someone call me and walk me through the process. I've tried it about 8-10 times so far. Apparently this has happned just since some work was done in the program.
