Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

OK, I thought that if only "members@flagshipspeakers.com" was in the address bar, that was telling you what you needed.

In any case, I am attaching the Outlook message - I don't see how it really helps further (no clue as to whether someone could be forwarding it erroneously), but let me know. Maybe I just need to tell everyone to double check their forwarding rules. Thanks!

Nope. We need the email headers in the email as received by the deleted member. Have them forward what they received to you, then you will need to get the headers from that. See here for how:
office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/...age-HA101836448.aspx
office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/...ers-HA001230300.aspx

"I don't see how it really helps further" The headers in the email as received by the deleted member will have a trace of all the stops that the email took on its way to the recipient.

If you want us to help you resolve this, then you need to get us the requested information so that we can investigate.
