Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

You may just need to reload the site. Click on the link at the bottom of the page. Or clear the browser cache if you prefer to do it that way.

I looked at your site using our admin tools, and I can see the correct entries.
Clubs #1137486 (D72) & #777940 (D61)
FTH Field Officer, District 72, (NZ)

Here is the thing... If you navigated to your website using the clubnumber or a website alias, then the email addresses will show the club number form when you log in.

However, if you log out, and navigate to your website with the custom domain, then the email addresses will show the custom domain form when you log in.

Technically, they both will work, since they are just different ways to accomplish the same thing. The system just looks at what you used to get to the website as the basis for the email addresses that are displayed.

This is why I put the big bold OR between the website alias and the custom domain box in the Basic Settings tab.

Mike, are you all set, then? We will want to lock thread if you are, so we don't get users piling on the thread in the future, and you end up with some strange email about it from some user you do not know as a result.
