Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

That seemed to have worked for logging in as a member, however when logging in as the adminitrator, I still get the Stack overflow at line 6.

Cheers

Can you please post a screen shot of what you are seeing including the error message on your screen?

Here is how to do that: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/h...ake-a-screen-capture

Hi Sorry for the delay, work has gotten in the way. Please find attached a screen shot of the message I get when signing on as the site administrator, after I enter my club # and password and select Login.

Cheers
Brenda

Brenda,

Can you check to see if compatibility mode is on or off? Change it to the opposite and try again.
