Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

When you say you tried "it", what is "it"?

You should be good to go now. I think the primary source of those code libraries is being blocked. My fallback was not working correctly, but I have fixed the fallback so you should be fine now.

Thanks Steve. I've tested it in both IE and Chrome and it's working in both now.

By the way, I still can't connect to this support forum without using the VPN, which means most other users in China are blocked from reporting problems.

Hmmm... that is good information. I will need to discuss that with Brian, as the forum is basically a Joomla template (not something we designed/implemented), so I am not sure what our recourse is at this point.

If we can come up with another approach for the forum, would you be willing to help us test it out?

If you need help with testing, count me in.

I think FTH is a great tool for the clubs, but I need and want it to be working. I also need other people to be able to report problems when I'm not around.
