Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

I have tried reloading and still do not see button content. Not sure what you mean by bullet icons or where they might be located.

I have deleted browsing history and tried again with no success. The link from the browser detection website is whatsmybrowser.org/b/36P5TZ7

I did bring up the page on another computer at home with two different browsers and saw no problems. Also tried with another computer at work, but on a different LAN and didn't see a problem. However, we tried it on a coworker's computer on the same LAN and the problem was the same. So I am thinking that our IT dept. is blocking something. At this point probably nothing you can do and will just need to use another computer to work with the site.

Nothing obvious looks like it is amiss with your browser.

The "bullet" icons are the following... If you cannot see those either, then it is very likely that the icon font is being blocked:
