Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Thanks for your help Roger. I probably made the mistake of saving the photo as "jpeg" instead of "jpg". Thanks again.

Not a problem. I was looking through older posts, and jpeg should have worked. Steve will check as to why it didn't.

Thanks for pointing this out to us.

jpeg was not included as a supported extension for image uploads. fixed.

FYI: Drag and drop is a more reliable way to bring image files into the editor from the desktop. (for newer browsers anyway) About the only browser that supports copy/paste of files from the desktop is FireFox. This is browser dependent functionality.

You can always copy and paste an image from a program like paint.

It is just that copy and paste of images will work some times and not others. This is not a bug, it is a browser dependency.
