Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Here's an update for you. The Toastmasters.org site has me as the contact person. I sent a test email and it worked.

However, I went to FTH and starte the process for a new password and didn't get any email -- yes I checked my spam.

I also sent a test email to the "site admin" and didn't receive anything that way either. (So there is still a disconnect somewhere)

How long should I wait before attempting to request a new password again? Thanks

Hello there!

I looked in the admin section of your website and even though you are listed as the admin, you are not listed as a member... I did not see your name and/or email in the member section... Try adding your name as a member also and resend. I added you as a member and sent you an email.... Did you receive it?

How do I add myself as a member if I can't get in as an admin though? The old admins created this page 3 years ago. I joined 1.5 years ago. (The officers for the 2nd year of the club didn't maintain the FTH site so most of the members listed are no longer involved in Toasmsasters.) Is there a way for a member to enter themselves without the admins' help?

I have not receive any email regarding being added as a member. (when I was listed as a member which email did it show: krosecarol@gmail.com
krosecarol@marykay.com
or kroseculver@marykay.com? (this is important)
