Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

You can manually create the events on the calendar. Just do not click on any of those options and just manually input them in month by month. I have done that too... Is that what you mean. If you are asking or trying to make a recommendation, I believe you do that in another thread to Steve, and he does first come, first serve and most important or most asked for first.

What you can do currently is use the bi-weekly option, but do corrections at the points in the calendar where there are "5 weeks". (typically four corrections in a year)

So... it would go like this...

1. Create a bi-weekly event starting on your desired date.
2. Browse through calendar months to find 1st date in sequence that is off... click on the date in error to do a delete This and After
3. Create a bi-weekly event for the correct date forward.
4. Repeat #2 and #3 until dates are correctly populated. (typically 3 or 4 times)

So you should end up with about 4 repeating date sequences that are each about 3 months long.

It isn't perfect, but it should work with minimum effort.
