mx2.deerfieldhosting.net is a spam trap. No one can connect to it. This is normal and does not affect normal email operation in any way. It has a weight of 20 where mx1 has a weight of 10. That means mx2 should only be used if mx1 is not available. But mx1 IS available.
The server they should be connecting to is mx1.deerfieldhosting.net. However, this is not how email transport should work. To send email, an email server should look up the designated email servers for a domain using DNS and then select the one with the lowest weight.

your primary is not broadcasting to us so we pickup what is available mx2. it is automatic, stop advertising mx2 and remove the block from mx1 so the FTH server can connect to it. We don't control that your server does.

Hi,

Are you willing to communicate with our email host service provider? I think that will make it easier to sort this issue.
