Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Thank you for your reply. I have been successful in sending an agenda out today. I did not realize if I was logged in as the admin that the system would have saved my preference from the last time I emailed out as a member. It did not show the email was sent only to the VPE in the previous email settings. Once I re-selected All Club Members... the email went out. Thank you!

The remembering of settings is computer specific, not login specific. If you were to use a different computer, you would find that the settings would need to be reset.

I may modify this approach in the future, but the current implementation was the quickest, simplest way to get some sort of remembering form settings in place that was only applied to users and not the whole club like in the past. Any other approach would require db changes and creating server code, and I did not want to expend the extra effort for that at this time.
