Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Steve:
Thank you so much for digging into this and helping me better understand how the system works.

As with many things in life, this is entirely my fault. Most of our members never go beyond the agenda on the website. When the member notification was first implemented, it sometimes resulted in confusing messages when I would remove an experienced member from Speaker 1 and then add that person as Speaker 3. This was to allow less experienced members to be able to speak before the experienced one. With newer functionality on the website, I notice that I can now simply drag Mr. DTM down and that the roles automatically renumber.

As such, I am the fool that removed the role change notifications from these folks to begin with.

I have tested again. I can confirm that your new change works perfectly. All seven officers and the admin received the notification when I removed myself from a role. (Attached screenshot)
