Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

All Member, Past Member, and Guest Email Address Disappeared

This morning I logged into Free Toast Host for our club and launched that Admin console to see all of our member, past member, and guest email addresses and they are all gone.  Our site is  2481.toastmastersclubs.org/ .  Can you help with restoring this information?

Same for club 3715. All addresses are gone. 3715.toastmastersclubs.org

Good morning - I am wondering if this is a widespread issue as my club site information is also not showing for members. Please advise if there is something specific we need to do in order for the support team to investigate this for each club it is happening to!
