I was wondering if there was a similar action to change the club email addresses. For example, it would be fantastic to be able to email members-apl@toastmastersclubs.org instead of members-3624@toastmastersclubs.org Is this possible?

The only way to get rid of the club number in the email list address is to purchase a custom domain name for your club website.
