Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Thanks. I'm aware of the features you pointed out. My suggestion was just to make things easier when targeting specific people to fill multiple open roles. In our club we don't put a member in a role unless they confirm first that they will actually be there to fill it (therefore the email). I thought it would be a great additional shortcut feature. Feel free to delete if the suggestion is not something that would be considered. Thanks for reviewing.

What I believe you are essentially referring to is a "Recommend Role" feature that would allow the TM or VPE to suggest an open role to a specific individual outside of the normal emails and such.

We did discuss such a feature at some point (I had even started developing a prototype of it), but the issue is that it would likely generate a bunch more unwanted emails. The number of emails that users receive is something we are very mindful of and sensitive about. We certainly do not control all of the emails sent, but we are a bit wary to add features that would dramatically increase the number of emails.
