Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

It's a little messier on the agenda but to limit access to the full edit you could use the speech assignment for this. The members who signs up can put the item they are doing in the 'Project Title' box.

That's an interesting idea, but I'm reluctant. As far as I can see the Project is a "select from a dropdown" list of Pathways projects, not a fillin the blank. One could put in a project title and leave the dropdown blank. My larger concern is mixing anything with speeches relating to our educational progress. I'd like to keep that focused. Or am I missing something? As to Pam's suggestion to give broader editing capability to whoever signs up, I'm a bit reluctant. But thinking...
