Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

I would love to. But when I choose "ALL" dates for the Member Speech Report, it still only shows me past speeches.

Yes, we have a few members who have signed up for speeches throughout the whole club year.

My next speech, for an example, is on Sept 11, 2024.
When I run the Member Speech Report for myself (choosing "ALL" dates), the report only displays the speech I gave on Feb 21.
By the way, thank you for everything you do to admin this tool for all of us. I helped charter my club this year and was so glad to be able to set it up in FTH. I used to be in a couple other clubs that used it, so I was already familiar with it. The members of my new club are amazed by all the functionality of the site. But I know it is the admins like you that make it all possible.

If I am missing something about this Reporting functionality, I want to apologize for wasting your time.
