Requesting Agenda Functions Help

Hello FTH Support,

Please provide promised functions, restore functions that FTH4 took away, and add FTH functions.  Thanks.

In my role as VP Education, I tried to use some FTH4 functions to create an agenda, and they aren’t working for me.

Please upgrade functions or provide alternatives to enable creation of new agendas.

Provide functions promised in email “FTH Agenda Role Learning Moment”:
1.  Our FTH site is supposed to have a Roles tab.  No Roles tab is displayed.
2.  Our FTH site is supposed to have the checkbox “Auto-fill this member across all same-role rows in a meeting.”  This checkbox is not displayed.

Restore functions that FTH4 took away:
1.  VP Ed used to be able to save a future agenda or a current agenda as a new agenda.  Now when saving an agenda to a new one, the VP Ed can only copy a past agenda.  Please restore the lost function.
2.  Agendas saved as new agendas used to be able to carry over member names for non-signup meeting roles to the new versions.  For each Toastmaster year, we carried over the same member names for President and VP Membership.  Now FTH requires them to be entered each time.  Please restore this function.

Here are example rows for these recurring non-signup roles:

• Call to Order - President
• Introduction of Guests (if any) - VP Membership
• Officers' Reports (Secretary, Treasurer, Education and Membership) - President
• President's Announcements - President
• New Member Induction (if any) - VP Membership
• New Business Items (if any) - President
• Speak Out - President
• Adjourn - President

Please don’t require the agenda creator to select member names each time for all of these.

Add FTH function:
Please add VP Membership (and probably all other officers besides President) to the roles that can be selected for each meeting.  Different clubs have different needs.

Please inform us of progress on resolving these deficiencies or providing alternatives.
