FTH4 BETA CLUBS: 7765790 ACA Toastmasters

With the FTH 4.0 version of our website launching today, I have just begun trying to understand it. My first 2 concerns / questions are:

1. How do we re-establish a left side menu rather than the menu on top?

2. Why did our customized club meeting agenda templates disappear and can they be restored?

There is no left menu with the new template.
Your club agenda templates should all be there do you remember what their names where?

I see only 1 agenda template Executive Committee Meeting Agenda

Thanks for the prompt response. There should have been at least 2 agenda templates. What is showing is an Executive Committee meeting agenda template. There should have also been at least a  customized Club Meeting agenda template.

Thanks for “rescuing” our club meeting agenda template. im trying to figure out how to assign a specific club member to a recurring role in the meeting agenda template. This is for meeting roles that should not have the option for members to select.

ClubAdmin > Agenda Templates > Manage Agenda templates >Agenda Template >Edit > Scroll down to the role > Edit > Select the member from the Default member list.
