Member Edit not saving additional club roles

I went to edit my own profile to add the Club Secretary role. I selected the role and pressed save, nothing happened. I was logged in as the Club Admin, so should have had enough rights to perform the action.

I logged in as the ClubAdmin and was able to add Secretary to your NikC member profile.

Thank you, I see that it has updated.

I then went to add my TI member number. This save buttons are not working. I tried several times with both buttons (top and bottom of page) and on returning the value had not been saved. I also didn't see the green success banner I would have expected after the action completed.

I'm guessing that if I tested the deletion of a role and the re-adding of it, the save function wouldn't work.
 

are you logged in as admin or nikc?

Currently as admin, wish should give me permissions to update any member.

Manners and good governance says I shouldn't be editing other peoples records, apart from club roles when required.

I logged back in as my standard member account and was able to save the TI member number.

The allow admin edits checkbox is selected. I'll retest this logged in as admin.
