Table Topics Points and {{ipp}}

Two questions.  

1) I see the recognition point system includes Table Topic participants.  My assumption is that in order to get this to work we need to add multiple TT roles to the agenda and then fill them in during the meeting?  It’s not normally an agenda role that you would have folks sign up for in advance.

2) We have a page with all of our officers that we post on the public site.  I built it all with officer variables so I never have to manually update it, just change the roles in the MEMBER function.  The variable for immediate past president {{ipp}} has never worked.  I always need to hardcode the name.  I probably should have reported this a long time ago but since I’m here I figured I’d post it.

1) The VPEd is supposed to reconcile the Agenda after the meeting, that is when the TT speakers can be added.

2) IPP is now in the variable list.

How do we add the Table Topic Volunteers?

I went to reconcile the agenda then went down to the table topics row and clicked edit.  There’s no option to add the 5-10 people that gave their 1 minute table topic answer.

Thanks.  I guess what I really was asking is if it requires adding a row for each TT participant, or if there was an easier way to do it.  Our VPED is not technical and does everything on paper so as VPPR and Site Admin it will be my job to reconcile, or we may just decide the points for TT participant are not worth tracking.

You need to add a row for each tt speaker

Before deciding not to track TT speakers, make sure they don't need for a path project.
