Functions on FTH4 sites can't currently be hidden

At this time, functions on FTH4 sites cannot be hidden. We want clubs to see all of the features, and that's less likely to happen if those features are hidden. Thank you for your understanding.

Everything seems to be working properly now, including the "Meeting Notification:" tag and the absence of [Optimal Speakers] in the subject. [OSTC] does appear in the subject, as it should.
