Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

path assignments

Some members appear to have incorrect or additional paths assigned, possibly because they previously selected the wrong path from the dropdown menu in FTH3 or failed to select a path for a speech. Can a club officer, VPE, or site administrator correct these assignments?

The Pathways report card is based on the agendas and the history they create. If yoou correct the agenda and reconcile it that will correct their report cards.

If they have Paths in their profiles they did not purchase post Member name and Path in this forum and we will remove them.

Thank you for the quick response and all that you and the team are doing for all clubs/members. For club 5222 Sunset Speakers, here are the paths that should be removed for some members - I still have some more reconciling to do. Question: Will the roles assigned in the incorrect path be transferred to their correct path?

A Huichalaf - Presentation Mastery
J Hutchinson – Motivational Strategies, Presentation Mastery
M Rowe - Dynamic Leadership
M Naseer - Motivational Strategies
O Sterling - Presentation Mastery
P Evans - Presentation Mastery
P Posadas - Presentation Mastery
R Similien - Dynamic Leadership
S Nimaful - Dynamic Leadership
S Apolliner – Dynamic Leadership, Presentation Mastery
W Nicholls – Dynamic Leadership, Presentation Mastery

Separately, S Koon purchased Visionary Communication.

Before I delete the wrong purchased paths, you should fix the agendas that the projects were credited to the wrong Paths.
Hint use 2 browser windows One for the members report card with the path project dates and the other window the historical agendas. That way the  corrections will go very quickly.

Just focus on the Speech Projects the roles will reallocate themselves.
