Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

I do have a lot of tools but my fellow officers don't.
In order to get them the same capabilities, I tried "Membership Management", "Emails and Contact Forms" among the other options. I cannot find anywhere where I can give the permissions to other officers.
Where do I need to click?

You can't the ClubAdmin is the only who can delegate.

Chuck is not a member of our club (#3039). I reached out to him and he says that he doesn't have the login information.
Could you please provide the contact for IT department, so they can grant admin privileges to any of our Club Officers?

Sorry we don't do that, there is one ClubAdmin who delegates functions to roles.
