Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

I am unable to find the following club links:  Facebook, Meetup, Instagram, and WordPress blog. Were they meant to be imported across, and for some reason were not? Or am I supposed to recreate them?  I am concerned, as I thought everything was being migrated.

Facebook, LinkedIn and Meetup migrated to where they are supposed to be.

In the top section of the public website under 'Plan a visit' and 'View meetings'

If something didn't migrate as expected (Instagram & Wordpress) please provide details for FTH development to investigate.

Social media links can be managed in the admin console.

They are there right on the front page, at the bottom of the hero section.

Looks like someone changed the admin email and user name.
You should talk to whoever the club decided is the ClubAdmin.
