Recipient Display Issue: Distribution List Name Not Shown After FTH 4 Update

Hi Support,Since the recent FreeToastHost platform update to version 4, emails sent to distribution lists (e.g., "officers-only") now display the names of individual recipients in the To line instead of the distribution list name as before.This makes it more difficult to discern whether an email is being sent directly to an individual member or to a distribution list containing multiple members. Interestingly, when a recipient replies to such a message, the distribution list name does appear correctly in the TO line — it's only the original outgoing message that shows individual names instead.Question: Is there a setting that controls how the recipient name is displayed when a message is sent to a distribution list, so that the list name (rather than individual member names) appears on the original message?Thank youAnthony

Please post the header of that email so we can trace what is happening.

I have run a test and I only see my own name and email on an email sent to officers-nnnnnnnnnn@toastmastersclubs.org.

I really need to see the email header of the email you received.

Thanks for looking into this. Two questions.
1. When doing your test, did the list have at least two or more recipients and did it it lists all their names individually or shows the list name?

2. Could you confirm exactly what you need — the full raw email source (all header lines, including Received, Message-ID, etc.) or just the To/From/Subject header lines? I want to make sure I don't send anything with personal email addresses in it that isn't necessary. I can export the raw source as a .txt file and attach it, or paste just the relevant header fields inline — whichever is easier for you to trace.
