Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

One of our members was missing a path, and had an extra one being displayed.
She has added the missing, but, it appears only a SuperAdmin can delete an existing.

Please, for club 1036597 can you navigate to member  Christine Callahan-Oke and remove Dynamic Leadership pathway.

An extra Path appears because it was in a previous agenda. Has the agenda(s) in question been corrected?

1. Barbara Bout. Found it on an agenda for "Date Purchased" August 17, 2020. Wrong path had been picked. Amended the agenda.
2. Bill Conway. Shows added Dynamic Leadership Purchased July 6, 2020. Checked the agenda -- no speaker that day. Maybe he cancelled?
3. Christine Callahan-Oke showed dynamic leader purchased in 2019. Checked the agenda -- wrong path picked. Amended the agenda.

What happens next? Do you still need to remove it?

Run the speech report for the individual members (all dates)
Bill still has 2 speeches marked as Dynamic Leadership projects
Christine still has 2 speeches marked as Dynamic Leadership projects
Barbara - which path needs to be removed?

Extra Paths still need to be removed by FreeToastHost. But unless the faulty agenda has been fixed, it will just come back again, which is why we ask.

Christine Callahan-Oke's record has been fixed.

What do you want done about the other two? Are you wanting Dynamic Leadership removed for Barbara Bout and Bill Conway as well?

I ran the reports, identified the agendas that needed changing, changed them, reconciled them.
I have re-run the reports and no members have the Dynamic Leadership pathways in any of the agendas.

Can you please remove dynamic leadership from the 3 members:  Barbara Bout, Christine Callahan-Oke, Bill Conway
