Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Hi Support team,

We are club 1117 - National Toastmasters Club based in Sydney, Australia. Our homepage is
nationaltoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org/

Following the migration to FTH4, it is no longer in the Google Search result, even when I typed the whole address in. Please investigate why the migration affected the Google index or searchability.

It's impacting our visitor numbers in September month. We use to be in first or second search result in "Toastmasters Sydney", however, since the migration, we are no longer in the search result at all.

We made some adjustments to the SEO Tags. It should work better now.

Hi Brian,

Still not showing up in Google search as direct search for "nationaltoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org"

Can you please check the Google Index and link again? The photo below is just demonstration, I can't see the website in the first two pages of google result, Even FTH support showed up, not our website.

Just edited the basic setting to update from 
Nationaltoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org

to
National.toastmastersclubs.org

And I've updated Club Central --> Club Information, website link. But it's lost, can't even open via Find a Club. Only works when the name is typed in the URL. Please investigate.

  Apologies to upload another issue with FTH migration.

While you are on the website troubleshoot for club 1117 - National Toastmasters Club, can you please also check why the club meetings are not fed into the upcoming future meetings?

As per attached picture, all the maroon colours were previous uploaded meetings, but not showing as upcoming meetings, I had to manually create a meeting that's showing as blue meeting entry instead. Ideally, we want all the maroon meetings feed as future meetings.

Changing the club alias also means you need to update your Toastmasters.org contact information.
Find a club only works on the club number TI knows nothing about your FTH club alias except what you put in.
Google needs a way to find your site.
