Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Giving Website Admin Access

Hello - we want to give website admin access to one of our members (Jessica West) to be able to email out the agenda to our members. Our club number is 1349073. Can you grant this to her or direct me to where I can update her status myself? I've looked all over the new site and can't seem to find it.

As she is not an officer, you need to make her an "Other Officer" and then give her Agenda access.
Normally the Secretary or Toastmaster would that task.

How do I manage who is and isn't an officer on the site? I've also tried to do this and can't find it.

Has the Clubadmin user and password they have access to the ClubAdmin dashboard.
on the dashboard is the card "[/color]Access Settings" that is where you do the officer assignments.
to do make her "Other Officer" Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard and the "Assign Officers"is where you do that.

I'm the club admin, and our club number and ToastMARKers@aramark.com aren't working as the usernames to sign into TH4 as the club admin using the same password. Is there another link to access the admin site? Or can you confirm which username we should be using?

That is because the Club number is NOT the ClubAdmin user.
Please refer to the ClubAdmin Welcome email
Also the ClubAdmin password for FTH3 does NOT work in FTH4
The clubAdmin password  is 15 characters long.
