Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Assign Officers Card Term Stickiness
When  I try to change the term to half-year, it reverts back to full year when I leave the page. 
Plus, it shows two "in effect now"

Does your club constitution say you are an annual club or semi-annual club?
If it says annual you should only be having elections once a year.

It's sticky now.
It still shows two "in effect now" notices with a green background.
This wording is confusing: "For a club that elects again in January (six-month term)."
Elections are in May and November for the terms starting in July and January.

What does your constitution say. Things changed a couple of years ago many clubs didn't notice.
Service time  increased for DTM requirement to serve as club officer for 1 year.

I thought FTH did not access TI so it shouldn't matter but the addendum for both clubs specifies six-month terms.
