Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Thanks, Brian. I connected with Jessica and we're still not able to see those options. Is the admin connected to this email? admin-5883077@toastmastersclubs.org
If so, we don't have access to it anymore. Is there a way to update that?

She should have received the ClubAdmin welcome email with the NEW ClubAdmin user and password reset instructions.

The ClubAdmin user is NOT her personal sign in, it is completely separate.

The ClubAdmin account (5883077) still hasn't been used.

I can resend her the ClubAdmin welcome email if she does not have it.

Same answer as before, she or the club contact will have to approve the change. She can also refuse the change.

If she is no longer a member please follow these directions to become the clubadmin.
