Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Sending Agenda email with embedded images gives Bad Gateway error

Just tried to email the agenda from FTH4 and inserted two images into the custom message editor, but when I send I get a Bad Gateway error. If I remove the images, the email sends.

1) We always rewquire your club number.
2) How did you insert the pictures?
    From the image library? if so what pictures?
3) What was the agenda date?

Agenda date: 10 October 2026 (It was dated 11 October but I have just corrected it)
Used the Insert Image icon in Email Agenda window and uploaded 2 images from my laptop
