Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

One of our Club members is not able to access FTH this morning. He is getting an error that states his email is already used.

Club - 1337938 Crossroads.

I only see successful logins for that member. Whatever the problem was, appears to have sorted itself out.

Member is still not able to log in. Could someone work with him to help him log in? Is there an email for someone i could direct him to?

The only way we  communicate is through this forum.

What is the error they are getting?
If he is typing his name it has to be as it appears in the club Art Stanze, DTM
If that is still an issue have him use his email address. The password should be the same as in FTH3 unless he changed it.

No longer getting email-in-use message; Thank You.

Still can not change password. Does not like user name.

Please completely delete my FTH Support account and reply with instructions for creating a new FTH Support account.

If you have a better way to approach the problem please text or email. Cell programmed to not ring for calls from numbers not in contacts list

FYI the last time we danced this dance, FTH had me flagged as a hacker!
