FTH Member password For new Executive Committee as of 7/1/20....3577689 WarrenOh

You showed me how the new officers on the Club Executive Committee just use their own passwords to enter FTH and the Access Settings that I did with your direction will automatically let each officers enter the allowable sites for them....no special password necessary. Terrific way your group enabled this. My question is this....Does this take place effective 7/1 with their new title or can it take place prior to if I put their names in as the new officers in the member section. Thanks for your advice. Takes place as soon as you make them officers.
Up to 3 officers can be assigned to each position.

We set this up to account for incoming officers.

The way to do this with incoming officers is to temporarily make them an "Other Officer" in Membership Management. When you do that, you will be able to assign them by name as one of the 3 officers for each admin module in Access Settings. Once they are officially in the new officer roles, you can just set those roles in Membership management, and everything should continue without a hitch. Normally, you assign access by officer role, but the "Other Officer/Assign Access by Name" thing was specifically added for the case of incoming officers. (allows them to get familiar with the system)

One last question (for now).....In your experiences, to help me place the appx right areas for the right officers in the access settings....what is the average 3 names (places) for each of the 7 designated members on the Exec Comm for this next year. Depends on your club and how all the positions interrelate. Every club is different.
