Site URL is not coming up

Hi there,
We tested a change to our URL this past weekend from the following:

www.gmrtoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org to www.gmrtoastmastersclub.toastmastersclubs.org

We quickly changed it back and saved it.

Now we can't get in using the old URL.

I thought it might be an overnight process, but I'm still only able to access the site using our club number - i.e.

www.7661107.toastmastersclubs.org .

Can we get our old URL back?

1) we do NOT and NEVER have supported www when using toastmastersclubs.org

2) gmrtoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org/ works correctly

3) this will always work 7661107.toastmastersclubs.org/

Thanks for the swift response. I am still not getting to the required destination when I enter the URL (without the www....thanks for that clarification btw).

It lands me on this url: www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/?Espe

Could this be some sort of caching issue?

What url are you using, I need the EXACT information.
You gave multiple url before which doesn't work?

I entered gmrtoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org.
Chrome takes me to the following location:https://www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/?4Ll7
I've attached the screenshots.

You need to fix your club website alias it is set to gmrtoastmasters
so this is the url that works
gmrtoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org/
